Officer / Senior / Client Service Administrator (Pension Hotline)

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in relation to Pension / MPF / ORSO (No cross selling is needed)
- Handle customers' enquiries and complaints via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Maintain and update call agent system
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- HKDSE / Form 7 or above
- Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service industry / call center operation
- Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with solid experience will be considered as Senior Client Service Administrator / Officer
