Responsibilities

  • In the two-year development programme, you will acquire job-related skills and knowledge through a wide range of learning and development activities, including formal training, rotations within and across departments, participation in cross-functional projects and assignments, and functional and leadership training. You will also work with senior managers and colleagues on audacious projects that contributing to the Company’s business development and its fulfillment on social responsibility. In addition, this program will be led and mentored by the CEO, and valuable experience will be gained from it. Through our structured curriculum, our future leaders will develop problem-solving capabilities, leadership skills and internal networks necessary to forge successful careers within the industry.

Requirements

  • We are looking for outstanding fresh graduates or graduates with less than 3-year working experience, exceptional credentials, and the following qualities and aspirations:
  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • Passionate with strong enthusiasm to develop a long-term career in the asset service industry
  • Mature, self-confident and with a passion to drive excellence
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate leadership potential
  • Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity

The management trainee programme is a two-year development program, which aims to recruit and develop high-potential talents to become the future leader of BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited. We are committed to providing you with opportunities, challenges, and recognition that will allow you to unleash your potential in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. Through a series of training and rotation between departments, you will gain a deeper understanding of the company, and learn the skills and professional development required by the asset servicing industry, and at last, equip you to take up supervisory or junior management positions after the program.
