Full implementation of Two-factor Authentication for web account from 1 June 2020
Online account security is always the priority concern of BOCI-Prudential. To provide a safer and more reliable online platform for our customers to manage MPF account, we have launched Two-factor Authentication (“2FA”) for online account login in August 2019 on optional basis. This measure will be fully implemented starting from 1 June 2020. After the full implementation, members must input a one-time password received via a registered mobile or email during log into web account.
If members have not registered a valid mobile number and email with us before, we strongly recommend them to update the relevant personal information by following methods before 1 June to avoid being unable to log into web account in the future. Please click here for user guide on how to use 2FA.
1. Online account
Log into member account at www.bocpt.com, go to “Personal Information” -> “Change Personal Details” to update the information
2. Complete a form
Download the “Notice of Change of Scheme Member’s Particulars” form from the “Download Corner” at our website www.bocpt.com, send the completed form to us through mail, email or fax.
