You can always obtain the latest information of your MPF account via the internet, mobile apps, interactive voice response system (IVRS), ATM or Pulse by Prudential* app. You can also reallocate your existing investment account balances or change the investment mandate of your future contributions via Internet, smart phone and tablet Apps or IVRS.
With effect from now, members of BOC-Prudential Easy-Choice MPF Scheme can access your MPF account information through an additional e-channel Pulse by Prudential* app. You may download the Pulse by Prudential* app for more information.
* Pulse by Prudential app is applicable for BOC-Prudential Easy-Choice MPF Scheme only.

MPF Documents Receiving Banks
BOCI-Prudential MPF clients may go to the designated branches of Bank of China (Hong Kong), Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chiyu Banking Corporation to submit the MPF documents.
