Notice on Suspension of Relevant MPF Services Due to System Upgrade of BOCHK and Chiyu
In order to enhance customer services, Bank of China (Hong Kong) (the "BOCHK") and Chiyu Banking Corporation Ltd (the "Chiyu") will perform system upgrade from 11pm on 31 March 2018 (Saturday) to 3pm on 1 April 2018 (Sunday) and their relevant MPF services (please see below for details) will be suspended during the period:
- Make MPF contributions through Automated Teller Machines ("ATM"), Cheque Deposit Machines or Internet Banking
- Upload "PayEasy" or "SmartCon" contribution data files through internet banking services such as Corporate Internet Banking or BOCHK Payroll services
- Enquire about contribution history and MPF balance via ATM or Internet Banking
We would advise customers make necessary prior arrangements for MPF services required before the system upgrade period to avoid unexpected delay.

On the other hand, our website, mobile apps and Interactive Voice Response System will not be affected by the service upgrade of BOCHK and Chiyu and our services will remain normal.
