Responsibilities
- • Design, setup and optimization of networks for multiple sites.
- • Setup of switches, routers, firewalls, and network equipment.
- • Troubleshooting system, storage and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/problems.
- • Network and IT infrastructure monitoring
- • Maintain security infrastructure including antivirus software, firewalls and endpoints
- • Proactive analysis of different solutions with the goal of improving operational satisfaction
- • Experience in security patch handling on different network devices
Requirements
- • Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
- • At least 5 years’ experience in Information Technology area, of which 2-3 years in IT infrastructure
- • Experience in designing and setting up the network for multiple site colocation.
- • Experience with different network monitoring and operation tools
- • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Experience in Microsoft AD, Exchanger Servers and Hyper-V is an advantage
- • Has a passion for technology and automation
- • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- • Less experience will be considered as Technical Support Analyst
